Our actions are based on a strong awareness of respect for animal protection and are realised by:

- An oversized rest area able to accommodate up to 3000 pigs, whilst providing them with freedom of movement. Our animals are always able to experience a period of rest after arrival at our site.

- Automated driving of animals in small groups, which facilitates their movement.

- A stunning system, which allows a pig to be accompanied by, rather than isolated from, its fellow pigs, a recognised source of stress.

- Each operator holds a certificate of competence, which confirms his ability to handle the animals in accordance with the rules of the art, audited by our animal welfare manager.
